Rookie is a small, flexible and, according to office standards, unconventionally simple chair. It immediately offers a high level of comfort without having to adjust much.

Both the seat and the backrest of Rookie are height adjustable. In addition to these classic functions of an office chair, other ergonomic features are also directly integrated into Rookie's structural design: the backrest bends slightly when pressure is applied and the front edge of the chair is unusually smooth

The polypropylene back and seat shell can be supplied in soft gray or deep black. A polyurethane foam cushion is attached to this with a covering of your choice. Below we have selected a few variants that you can order directly. The polyamide frame is also available in soft gray or deep black, the soft wheels for hard floors are always black.

About Konstantin Grcic:

Konstantin Grcic first trained as a furniture maker at the John Makepeace School for Craftsmen in Wood. He then studied design at the Royal College of Art in London. In 1991 he founded his own agency in Munich, but today Konstantin Grcic Design is based in Berlin. The agency is active in various fields, ranging from industrial design projects and exhibition design to architectural collaborations. His work is characterized by careful research into the history of art, design and architecture and his passion for technology and materials.

Grcic has won international design awards for many of its products and his work is also part of the permanent collection of leading design museums (such as the MoMA in New York or the Center Georges Pompidou in Paris).
