Care:
Wool is naturally resilient and retains its shape over time. Regular vacuuming without a brush attachment helps maintain the rug's softness and appearance. Professional flat-wash cleaning is recommended for a deeper clean.
As wool is a natural material, the rug may shed slightly at first; this will gradually decrease.

Stain removal
Gently treat a stain with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Then, blot up excess moisture with a dry microfiber cloth or tea towel. Avoid rubbing the surface vigorously.
