The Artist Series Teklan rug is handcrafted from 100% wool and is part of a design collaboration between LAYERED and Swedish colorist and designer Tekla Evelina Severin. The result is a collection where color, geometry, and spatial references converge in a visual language that balances architectural structure and playful elements.

The series goes beyond traditional color-block designs and simple forms – it explores a refined world of framing, optical effects, and three-dimensional illusions. A perfect example of contemporary Scandinavian design where art and interior design converge.

Material: 100% wool. Pile height: 12 mm.

Cleaning: Regularly vacuum without a brush. Professional flat washing is recommended for deep cleaning.

Stain removal: Gently blot the stain with a mixture of lukewarm water and mild soap. Remove excess moisture with a dry microfiber cloth (tea towel).
