Due to the natural material (wool), the rug has a tendency to fluff. This so-called fuzz will diminish over time, but it will never disappear completely.

Maintenance:

Vacuum regularly.
Stain removal: Gently wipe the stain with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth or with a cotton cloth ( T-cloth).
