Gubi - Wonder 2-seater Sofa 190 x 95

 

The Gubi Wonder modular sofa has been created by the designers Henriksen and Bundgaard Rützou from Space Copenhagen. Originality, curiosity and duality are an integral part of their work, and the Wonder sofa shows the signs.

 

A classical general look combined with a backrest out of the ordinary: all its cushions, instead of being placed against the backrest inside the sofa, completely surround the thin rear structure, they are literally folded over it. They give the Wonder a soft and generous shapes with arms that fold on the structure and invite to moments of absolute relaxation.

 

Wonder is a collection that goes back to the 70s lounge model to reinterpret it in a modern way. The modules are joined together using a particular "alligator joint snap" attachment that allows the rotation and disappearance of the same. Maximum visual and formal cleanliness for a sofa suitable for all environments.

 

 

Established in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, Space Copenhagen is a design studio working across multiple disciplines from furniture, lighting and refined objects, to art installations, art direction and interior design for private homes, hotels and restaurants all over the world.
