New Works is a Danish design brand that has been presenting a collection at the intersection of old and new, light and dark, design and art since 2015. The brand offers a modern interpretation of the rich Scandinavian tradition of craftsmanship, material experimentation, and sculptural expression.

Founded by Nikolaj Meier and Knut Bendik Humlevik, New Works was born from the desire to create a design house where care, intention, and creativity are central. A place where there is room for experimentation, for poetry in form, and for objects that are more than functional: they tell a story.

As CEO, Nikolaj oversees day-to-day operations, while Creative Director Knut Bendik defines the brand's signature aesthetic: tactile, atmospheric, and always imbued with a serene, sculptural simplicity. Together with a small, passionate team, they have built a carefully curated collection that is both elevated and accessible.
