HAY Bonbon table lamp 310 Petit Blue.

Inspired by her drawings, the Bonbon lampshade by Ana Kraš is woven by hand using an original weaving technique to create unique, decorative textured pieces.

In her lampshade collaboration with HAY, she uses the same idea of wrapping soft yarn around powder-coated steel frames to create unique individual lampshades that all differ slightly in appearance and texture. When the lamp is switched on, the shade is at its most beautiful with all its colors and texture of the woven yarn. The Bonbon is a real atmosphere maker in the room for lovers of traditional design.

About the designer:

Born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1984, Ana Kraš studied furniture design and interior architecture at the University of Applied Arts in Belgrade. In 2013, she moved to New York, where she has continued pursuing various projects in the fields of object design, art, photography, and fashion. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions around the world, and featured in many international publications. For HAY, Ana has designed the Bonbon Lamp.
