New Works Study Shelf.

The Study Shelf is a compact, contemporary workspace, designed by Knut Bendik Humlevik for the Danish New Works.

The characteristic of the Study Shelf is the space-saving narrow profile, in combination with the shelves to display your favorite books and beloved objects. This makes it ideal for smaller living spaces, the appearance of the desk is unobtrusive and neat, and is supported by high durable aluminum supports.

With its understated, calm design, Humlevik deliberately left out unnecessary details to create a calm image.

Dimensions: Height: 190 cm x Width: 83.5 cm x Depth: 60.5 cm

Materials & finishes;
Aluminum and steel frame. Shelves and desk in an oak veneer, walnut veneer, black stained ash veneer or white lacquered MDF.

This variant has : 1 x wall bar (set of 2) / 2 x Standard Shelf / 2 x standard shelf support / 1x Desk / 1 x desk support.

About the designer:

An experienced product designer, Knut became creative director of New Works in 2014. Not only does he oversee the work of international designers building the product range, he also contributes with his own designs. With Scandinavian roots, Knut combines his international inspiration with honest materials in his quest to create work that is artistic yet functional.
