The Stig Lindberg rug from Danish Layered is the result of a shared love for bold patterns and clean lines.

The collection consists of the popular Berså and Trellis patterns, each in two color ways, made from 100% New Zealand wool with a hand-knotted technique.

The so-called Gunnel pattern is a tribute to the woven rug that Stig's wife Gunnel designed but never put into production. The fine flat weave generates a structured baseline in the rug, accompanied by a tufted shaggy detail in the hand spun yarn formation. The high/low pile distinction creates a dynamic and vibrant finish that complements Stig's signature designs.
