The fritz Hansen PM-02 table lamp is a design by Paul McCobb from the 1950s.

The PM-02 is simple in design and consists of a cylindrical opal glass shade and three metal legs that support it. The mouth-blown frosted glass emits a warm, atmospheric light that creates an inviting atmosphere. About the designer:

Paul McCobb (1917–1969) has the distinction of being one of the most important American designers of the 1950s and 1960s, best known for his sleek and functional furniture designs. Perhaps the most famous and successful of McCobb's designs is the Planner series which, along with McCobb's other influential furniture designs, is characterized by a simplicity of form, emphasized by thin lines and light yet sturdy structures.
