The planner shelving by Paul MCCobb is a multifunctional storage system in Bauhaus-inspired lines made of durable steel and oak planks.

Combining heritage and modernity, the planner shelving breathes new life into designs with multifunctional appeal. The Bauhaus-inspired lines of each cabinet are made of durable steel with a matte finish.

All joints are hand-welded and gently rounded to ensure overall authenticity. Diagonal bars on the two larger designs add extra support, while also adding interest.

The contemporary and democratic designer created the shelves to be versatile. You can use this cabinet as a room divider or storage space, the design keeps the space light and open.

About the designer:

Paul McCobb (1917-1969) was one of the leading contemporary furniture designers on the American design scene in the 1950s and 1960s. Over a period of twenty years, he also designed an impressive range of multifunctional furniture, accessories and textiles
