The PH Artichoke is a masterpiece from the Louis Poulsen collection.
The PH Artichoke pendant lamp by Louis Poulsen is one of the most iconic design classics of the twentieth century. Designed in 1958 by Poul Henningsen, this sculptural lamp is recognized worldwide as a masterpiece of lighting technology and form. The unique, layered structure with 72 metal scales diffuses light completely glare-free, providing a warm, even glow in all directions.
The lamp is crafted from laser-cut stainless steel, drawn steel, and aluminum, and finished with a high-gloss chrome plating. This combination gives the PH Artichoke its characteristic shine and timeless appearance. Each lamp is still carefully hand-assembled in Denmark – a tribute to craftsmanship and precision.
With its impressive size of 60 cm and a height of 58 cm, the PH Artichoke 600 is a real eye-catcher above your dining table, in high-ceilinged living spaces, or in public spaces. The lamp not only radiates light but also tranquility, balance, and design history.
