The &Tradition Panton Wire Counter Stool VP15 Mirror Polished takes Verner Panton's iconic wire design to a new level. Building on the original Wire Stool from 1981, this counter stool combines a sculptural appearance with surprising lightness and comfortable seating.
The open, geometric construction of bent and welded steel wire gives the VP15 its characteristic transparent look. For the taller design, the diameter of the steel wire has been subtly increased, providing extra stability and a more powerful silhouette. Furthermore, an integrated footrest makes the stool comfortable for extended use.
In this version, the steel is polished to a mirror-smooth finish, allowing the surface to beautifully reflect light and the surroundings. The glossy Mirror Polished finish emphasizes the graphic lines of Panton's design and gives the stool a distinctive, almost architectural character.
With a seat height of 65 cm, the Panton Wire VP15 is ideal for a kitchen island, kitchen bar, or raised work and table top. Thanks to its airy design, it fits equally well in a minimalist Scandinavian interior as in a more distinctly modern setting. Furthermore, the stool is stackable.
For extra comfort, an optional seat cushion in Hallingdal fabric is available. This is attached with a hidden magnet and can be easily removed.
A functional counter stool that simultaneously stands out as a design object in the room – typical Verner Panton.
