Design by Nils Strinning, 1946.
The String System Living Room E is an elegant wall unit where minimalist Scandinavian design and practical storage space come together perfectly. The combination of dark red steel wall panels and dark oak cabinets and shelves gives the iconic String System a warm, contemporary look that fits effortlessly into both modern and classic interiors.
This configuration consists of three stylish sliding door cabinets that create a calm, sleek appearance by keeping personal items neatly out of sight. The open shelves offer space for books, design accessories, art objects, or plants, giving the arrangement an airy character.
Thanks to its modular construction, the String System can be expanded or customized entirely to your liking. Extra shelves, cabinets, or accessories can be easily added, allowing the system to grow with your interior for years to come.
The wall panels are made of high-quality powder-coated steel and form the basis of the iconic design. The cabinets and shelves are made of MDF with a refined dark oak veneer, adding warmth and natural elegance to the minimalist design.
With a height of 75 cm and a depth of just 30 cm, this wall unit is ideal as a stylish sideboard or low wall unit in the living room, dining room, or home office.
