A sculptural design statement with surprising comfort. The iconic Heart Cone Chair by Verner Panton brings together expressive design and refined materials in one striking silhouette. The characteristic heart-shaped backrest gives the chair a playful, almost futuristic look, while the soft curves and deep seat create a relaxed lounge feel.
This version is upholstered in the rich Cento Salt ’n Pepper fabric — a refined heathered upholstery with a subtle texture that adds warmth and depth to the design. The satin-finished stainless steel cross base forms an elegant contrast with the upholstery and reinforces the chair's modern, architectural character.
Since its introduction in the 1950s, the Heart Cone Chair has been regarded as one of Panton's most daring designs. The chair perfectly demonstrates what his work is known for: sculptural forms, innovative materials, and design that evokes emotion. Today, the design still feels just as progressive and contemporary.
The comfortable shell is crafted from fiberglass-reinforced plastic and finished with high-quality foam padding and a removable seat cushion for added comfort. Thanks to its compact size, the Heart Cone Chair is suitable as a statement piece in a living room, lounge, or hotel lobby.
