When Piet Hein Eek moved into his new showroom, it quickly became clear that lighting would play a crucial role. The existing halogen lamps were not only insufficient but also extremely energy-intensive – unsuitable for a space of this scale. A fortuitous, almost miraculous swap yielded a large number of LED spotlights. The result: a radically simple, well-conceived fixture that combines functionality and honest design.

For these LED spotlights, Piet Hein Eek designed a reflective holder without unnecessary details, completely in line with his design philosophy. No frills, no camouflage – just the material, the construction, and the light. The spotlights are available in aluminum, brass, or copper and can be equipped with 1, 2, or 4 light sources, sleekly finished with a flush canopy system.

This fixture was designed out of necessity, but has evolved into a timeless product: industrial, honest, and flexible. Perfect for both residential interiors and larger spaces where functional lighting and character must go hand in hand.
