With this hanging lamp you add a touch of industrial elegance to the interior.

A new lamp by Normann Copenhagen home designer Simon Legald.

The lamp is composed of intersecting circles of steel wire, combining minimalistic with maximum effect. Simon Legald wanted to fill as much volume as possible with as little material as possible, using the coils of wire to create a seemingly infinite shape. The continuous dynamics of the design give your living spaces a sense of movement.

The pendant lamp is available in four different sizes, and it is suitable for a wide range of different spaces.

About the designer:

Simon Legald studies design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and will graduate in the summer of 2012. His work consists of both small and large-scale products.

Therefore, it must satisfy not only the functional aspects, but also the psychological and aesthetic needs. For me, simplicity describes the true identity of objects and makes them reliable. In my designs I try not to add unnecessary details. I work with simplicity by emphasizing the necessities instead of hiding them. It gives the product a simple and honest look.”
