Normann Copenhagen TimB Chair.

The modest design of the Timb chair allows the chair to easily blend into almost any environment, leaving room for other, more prominent elements of the interior. The solid craftsmanship is visible from all angles and there is a clear structure in the shape that also allows for repetition, making Timb an excellent choice not only for the home, but also cafes, restaurants, cafeterias and educational establishments.

The Timb chair has a simple wooden structure with beautiful details. The craft traditions are also visible in the elegant dowel joints, which make it possible to manufacture the chair without the need for screws, making the wood itself a connecting piece.

The chair consists of a solid ash frame and a wide, comfortable seat and backrest made of ash veneer.

The Timb chair has a width of 52 centimeters, a depth of 51.5 centimeters and a total height of 82 centimeters. This chair has a seat height of 46 centimeters.

The designer:

Danish designer Simon Legald graduated from The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in the summer of 2012. He works from the design city of Copenhagen and focuses on both smaller and larger products. He designs and makes furniture and lighting for, among others, the world-renowned brand name Normann Copenhagen. By applying simplicity and functionality, he logically responds to the characteristics of Scandinavian design.
