A design by Inga Sempé, the new and minimal Hay Fonte Candleholder has a beautiful striking and heavy cast iron design.The Hay Fonte candlestick by Inga Sempé is inspired by the nails used to create Japanese ikebana flower arrangements, beautifully crafted from black cast iron.
The solid design of the Candleholder ensures that it has both a classic and a contemporary look. It is made of durable cast iron, a material that creates a nice contrast to the elegant, slender candles. Whether you want a cluster of candles in a row, or prefer to spread out groups of different sizes and colors; you can easily attach the candles to the pointed metal grooves in any way you want.

The Hay Fonte candle holder is made of cast iron and is available in two sizes, a large version b. 22.5 x h. 18.5 x d. 9 cm and an extra large version b. 33 x h. 28.5 x d. 12.5 cm. Comes without candles.

Inga Sempe was born in Paris in 1968. Graduated from Les Ateliers - ENSCI in Paris, 1993. After graduating, she worked with Marc Newson in Paris, then worked for a few years with Andree Putman. Fellowship at Villa Medici, Academy of France in Rome, 2000-2001.
Inga Sempe started working for herself in 2000. She works for Luceplan, Cappellini, Edra, Baccarat, Ligne Roset, Almedahl's and David Design. She lives and works in Paris.
