The Muuto Coltre 2-seater sofa Configuration 2, designed by Studiopepe, combines sculptural design with inviting seating comfort. This configuration consists of two Coltre Center A Modules, finished with two Coltre arm cushions, giving the sofa a complete and secure character.

The name Coltre, Italian for "blanket," refers to the soft, quilted upholstery that drapes elegantly over the refined wooden frame. The distinctive parallel stitching creates a subtle interplay of lines and gives the sofa its characteristic, voluminous appearance. From the side view, the Coltre reveals its layered structure, in which architecture and comfort come together harmoniously.

The addition of the arm cushions not only enhances seating comfort but also gives the sofa an inviting and finished look. The high-quality Turf – Sand upholstery adds a warm, natural texture and combines effortlessly with a wide range of interior styles, from minimalist Scandinavian to modern contemporary. Thanks to its modular design, the Coltre Configuration 2 can easily be expanded with other modules from the collection. This allows the sofa to effortlessly grow with changing living preferences and remain a flexible centerpiece of the interior for years to come.

Materials

The Coltre is built around an FSC™-certified wooden frame (FSC-C028824) with integrated metal springs for exceptional seating comfort. The foam construction is finished with a soft, padded top layer that ensures a comfortable and inviting seating experience. The removable fabric covers are attached with zippers and can be easily replaced if desired. The sofa stands on elegant legs made of FSC™-certified beech wood. Thanks to the pre-assembled steel connectors, the modules are securely and virtually invisibly connected to form one solid unit.
