With two steps, the Butler stool is a classic household stepladder made of solid oak, that helps to reach high shelves and cabinets. Children can also use the stool to brush their teeth above the sink for example. Also very ideal as a side table, bedside table or plant stand and is ideal to display books and decorative objects. 

Made from solid oak, the stool has a visible grain which gives it a natural appearance and oiled provides warmth in any interior. Already assembled, the bigger step keeps the ladder in perfect balance. The Butler is already assembled and immediately ready for use.

About the designer:

Shane Schneck was born in America and has established herself in Stockholm as an industrial designer. He was born in Chicago and studied architecture at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

His background in architecture and multidisciplinary approach brought him to Milan in 1999 to collaborate with Piero Lissoni as Senior Industrial Designer at the Lissoni Associati. Today he has his own design studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
