Normann Copenhagen - Bubba Wall / Ceiling Light

NC Bubba wall / ceiling lamp.

The contemporary Bubba series is designed by Yuchen Wu and they seem to float like a cluster of soap bubbles into your home. The Bubba wall/ceiling lamp is made of beautifully etched opal glass and fills your space with an atmospheric warm glow.

The finish of the translucent opal glass distributes the light evenly. The series is inspired by the irregular, organic shape of soap bubble clusters.

Dimensions, available in two sizes: small H27 cm x Dia25 cm and large H45 cm x Dia42 cm.

Materials & finishes:
Wall and ceiling lamp made of matte etched opal glass. Aluminum mounting ring and a ceiling canopy in lacquered white steel.

Light source: (not included) 1 x 10W Max E14 (25cm) or E27 (42cm) LED
220 - 240V / 50/60 HZ / Class II /IP20 rated.

About the designer:

Born amidst the breathtaking scenery of Taiwan's mountains, Yuchen Wu's fascination with landscapes and organic forms is evident in her design work. After completing her studies, she worked at a Taiwanese design studio before traveling abroad to broaden her horizons and further explore the industry.

As an in-house designer at Normann Copenhagen, she has further developed her philosophy of harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality. Her designs are meant to be practical and imbued with a poetic beauty and elegance.
