The iconic Montana 1112 bookcase gets a distinctly new look in 198 Boulevard. This special color is part of the Colour Archive Limited Edition, for which Montana brings three characterful colors from its own archive back to life.
Boulevard gives the sleek, geometric design of the 1112 a powerful and contemporary character. The color underscores the design philosophy of Montana founder Peter J. Lassen, in which color is not only decorative but forms an essential part of the space. A vision that was partly inspired by his years of dialogue and friendship with Verner Panton, one of the great masters of expressive color usage.
The Montana 1112 is a true classic within the Montana System. The four open compartments offer a stylish place for books, magazines, art objects, and personal accessories. Thanks to its clean design and balanced proportions, the cabinet fits equally well in a minimalist interior as in a space where color plays a leading role.
This version has a depth of 38 cm and comes with a hanging rail included. This allows the bookcase to be elegantly mounted floating on the wall, for a light and modern look.
The Colour Archive version in 198 Boulevard is available for a limited time only. Boulevard, along with Montparnasse and Extreme Lilac, is exclusively available for the Montana 1112 from June 2026 through June 2027.
