The Alima Side Table by &Tradition, designed by Note Design Studio, is a compact and versatile side table where storage, organization, and presentation come together in a natural way. The design is an extension of the well-known Alima Trolley and translates the same clear design language into a smaller, fixed piece of furniture.

The Alima collection originated from everyday situations at home, in the office, and in the creative studio. Designers Kristoffer Fagerström and Malin Engvall of Note Design Studio investigated which practical storage problems frequently occur in modern interiors. From charging cables lying around next to the bed and storing personal items to books, magazines, and other daily necessities: these recognizable situations formed the starting point for the further development of Alima.

With the Alima Side Table, this functional concept is given a particularly clever execution. The second shelf functions as a drawer, allowing smaller personal items to be stored out of sight. This makes the table particularly suitable for your home as a bedside table, but it also offers a combination of open display space and discreet storage next to a sofa or armchair.

Unlike the mobile Alima Trolley, the Side Table features chrome-plated legs with rubber caps. A subtle yet thoughtful adjustment that ensures the furniture remains stable when the drawer is opened.

The slender steel frame is combined with wood veneer shelves featuring solid wood edges. The mix of metal and wood gives Alima a graphic, architectural look with enough warmth to easily fit into a variety of interiors.

With its compact dimensions of 44 x 47 x 55 cm, the Alima Side Table is a functional piece of furniture that takes up little space but offers surprisingly many possibilities.
