The HAY Rey Dining Table brings an iconic design from the seventies to the contemporary interior. Originally designed by Swiss designer Bruno Rey in 1971 and re-released by HAY in collaboration with Dietiker, this design classic combines timeless elegance with modern functionality.
The design is characterized by soft, rounded shapes, balanced proportions, and a refined appearance that effortlessly fits into both private and professional interiors. The characteristic rounded corners create a friendly and inviting look, while the solid construction guarantees years of use. Just like the iconic Rey Chair, the Rey Dining Table also utilizes Bruno Rey's innovative construction principle. The combination of solid beech wood and cast aluminum connections creates an exceptionally strong and durable table without compromising the minimalist design. This subtle technique has formed the basis of the successful Rey collection for over fifty years.
The durable laminate tabletop withstands intensive daily use and is easy to maintain, making the table perfectly suited for dining rooms, meeting rooms, hospitality venues, offices, and project furnishings. Thanks to its generous square format, the Rey Dining Table comfortably seats multiple people and forms a stylish centerpiece in any room.
Available in Bruno Rey's original colors as well as a selection of contemporary shades carefully curated by HAY, the Rey Dining Table combines effortlessly with the Rey Chair and other designs from the collection.
