Tom Dixon Melt Mini Pendant LED

This deformed, spherical melt hanging lamp is made of polycarbonate with a layer of metal on the inside (copper, gold, chrome or smoke). This results in extraordinary optical light effects. During the day when the hanging lamp is off, the lamp is not transparent and acts as a beautiful mirror in the room.

The Melt pendant have instant became a global icon and are therefore often used in houses, restaurants and hotels. The design is inspired by the way glass forms due to heat during glass blowing. The thoughtful shape also makes it seem as if the lamp has melted due to heat.

Melt hanging lamp mini is a design by collaboration of the British designer Tom Dixon with the Swedish design studio Collective Front. This Melt pendant lamp is available in various color versions: gold, silver, copper, bronze and smoke.

There is also a Melt Medium pendant available, 50 cm. The length of the translucent cord is 250 cm.Light source: Led 6W integrated. Materials: Polycarbonate shade, transparent cable, metal ceiling rose, in the color as the lamp shade.

The light point is stylishly incorporated at the top of the bulb. This variant is durable, has a long service life and the light source can be replaced via Tom Dixon if necessary. Depending on the effect you want to achieve, you can choose whether or not to use the hood around the light point. With the variants you can see the difference.
