The Affinity Collection, the result of the collaboration between Vera & Kyte and Massimo Copenhagen for “DS Collab”, is a series of hand-tufted rugs made from New Zealand wool.

The vibrant color palette and intricate patterns give the collection a reference to the iconic work of Josef Albers, while also adding a touch of playful brightness to your interior.

The design is based on organic and geometric elements, with sprinkles framed in a motif on a solid color base, creating a 3D impression with varied pile heights and hand-cut shapes.

The use of fine New Zealand wool provides a luxurious durable finish, resistant to wear and tear, without compromising the elegant appearance.

About the designers:

Based in Bergen on the west coast of Norway, Vera & Kyte consists of Vera Kleppe and Åshild Kyte. Together they work within the fields of furniture, products and interior architecture. Always seeking new impressions, eager to discover the triggers for the next idea. This curious approach leads them to constantly explore new materials and aesthetics. With an analytical mindset, they aim to transform their curiosity into products that engage. The duo actively pushes the boundaries between furniture, graphics, interior accessories, and spatial design, creating innovative links among them.

Vera & Kyte established their collaborative studio in 2013. Since then their work has been showcased and acclaimed internationally, earning them a multitude of design awards and nominations.
