The LBM Corner lamp is inspired by the architecture of Luis Barragan, and a design by Moisés Hernández clearly shows his fascination for monolithic geometry, color, light and shadows in the design.

The lamp is made of thin planes of vertical sheet metal at a 90-degree angle, resulting in the utilitarian simplicity of form and visual lightness, giving it an artistic quality that is equally beautiful on or off.

The straight, folded structure can be placed in any corner of a flat surface, using the integrated LED lamp you can create an atmospheric downlight with inline step dimmer, resulting in a unique soothing atmosphere.

The lamp has a durable powder coating with a sand finish in a creamy white shade, which makes the functionality and clear design of the LBM table lamp suitable for multiple applications in your home.

About the designer:

Moisés Hernández (1983) is a Mexican designer. He graduated from ECAL, Switzerland, in 2013 as a Master of Product Design, where he received a special mention for his work. The following year he established his studio in Mexico City, a busy and colorful cityscape that influences Moisés' work, along with other aspects of local Mexican culture, traditions and social contrasts that he uses to reflect on how objects can be improved using today's tools, materials and technology. Moisés Hernández designed the LBM Table Lamp for HAY.
