The Bon Stool, designed by Dutch designer Aldo Bakker in 2015, is a quiet force in your interior. What started as an object in pink urushi lacquer has now grown into an icon, now available in red stained ash, brown-green ash or lacquered mahogany – both materials emphasising the serene design language for which the designer is known.

The Bon Stool consists of two seemingly simple shapes that have been brought together in a contrasting way to form one harmonious whole. The result is not just a stool, but a sculptural object that radiates balance and timelessness.
