To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Fredericia is presenting a very limited edition of Børge Mogensen's iconic Hunting Chair. Only 75 pieces will be produced worldwide – each piece handcrafted to the highest standards of Scandinavian craftsmanship.

This anniversary edition pays tribute to Mogensen's original 1950 design: a low, relaxed lounge chair that emphasizes simplicity, honesty, and tactility. With its powerful lines, open construction, and luxurious materials, the Hunting Chair has become a timeless icon of Danish design.

The frame is crafted from solid European ash (FSC Mix 70%), finished with a light oil. The generous seat and back are made of vegetable-tanned dark brown saddle leather, featuring light brown stitching and elegant chrome buckles. The leather rests on a canvas backing for added stability, while the adjustable saddle straps can be easily tightened as the leather stretches naturally.

Each chair is uniquely marked with a steel anniversary plaque, engraved with Mogensen’s signature, and comes with a certificate of authenticity, personally signed by the craftsman who built it.
