A new addition this spring 2021 from iconic Danish publishing house Louis Poulsen, the timeless and elegant Flindt garden for your stylish outdoor space.

Designed by award-winning Danish designer Christian Flindt, the flexible garden pole has a cut-out design and uses materials that complement outdoor settings. Its refined simplicity and sculptural look blends nicely into any outdoor living space and emits wide, downward, glare-free lighting when switched on.

During the day, this outdoor lamp creates a play of shadow and light with sunlight, and at night, when the natural light fades, the lighting shows exactly the same geometry in a new way. Flindt Garden sets accents in the garden, in landscapes or on roof terraces, allowing you to discover and explore outside at night and feel comfortable doing so.

The Flindt Garden bollard can be expanded with up to six bollards that can each be placed up to five meters apart. The bollard is therefore ideal for installation in groups. The flexible and minimalist bollard looks just as beautiful in a natural environment as in a city garden.

The garden is available with: base plate / ground spike or an anchoring unit.

About the designer:

Copenhagen-based lighting, furniture and industrial designer Christian Flindt (born 1972) has earned an international reputation for his fresh, bold designs and an experimental approach aimed at inspiring new connections between people.

Flindt graduated in 2002 with an MAA and MDD from the Aarhus architecture course and opened his own design studio in 2003. He started working with Louis Poulsen in 2006 and developed the Flindt 220 floor lamp, the Flindt 220 pendant lamp, the Flindt 475 pendant lamp, the Flindt Bolder, the LP Grand pendant lamp and the Flindt Wall.

His work with LED design has repeatedly shown that he is able to connect diverse areas, such as lighting and furniture design. Flindt has won numerous awards for his designs, including the Bolig Magasinet Design Award for its Flindt series for Louis Poulsen, and the 2014 ELFORSK prize from the Danish Energy lobby organization for the Flindt Bolder.
