Bird Bar Stool

Raawii Bird Stool.

The Raawii Bird Bar Stool is a sophisticated designer bar stool that brings together the natural beauty of solid oak and the sleek aesthetic of stainless steel. Created by Danish designer Nicholai Wiig-Hansen, the Bird combines a minimalist silhouette with a keen sense of materiality, functionality, and timeless design.

The Bird bar stool was originally designed for the Bird Bar in Copenhagen, a space that demanded a blend of functionality, comfort, and a strong visual identity. From these unique origins, the design evolved to become part of the collection offered by the Danish design brand Raawii.

The seat is crafted from solid natural oak; its warm hue and visible wood grain create a striking contrast with the cool, understated character of the base. The combination of these two materials lends the bar stool an architectural quality that is both powerful and refined.

With a seat height of 65 cm, the Bird is ideally suited for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, or elevated tables. Its compact dimensions and clean-lined design make it a versatile choice for both private homes and stylish hospitality venues.

The Bird Bar Stool proves that a strong design requires no superfluous details. Carefully selected materials, well-balanced proportions, and a functional form result in a bar stool that fits effortlessly into modern and Scandinavian-style interiors.
