By making the All Plastic chair from plastic, the designer Jasper Morrison was able to significantly improve the comfort of the chair. The seat and back are connected to the frame with resilient connecting elements, so that the chair moves with the user.

The back and seat are also made of a softer plastic type, which significantly improves comfort. This has not affected the strength and durability of the chair and is therefore perfectly suitable for outdoor use.

The color palette of the All Plastic Chair is lively and well thought out, so that the color of the frame is slightly darker than the seat and back. This gives the chair an attractive and refined appearance.

Afmetingen: The All Plastic Chair is 77 centimeters high, 42.5 centimeters wide and 46 centimeters deep. The seat height of the chair is 44.5 centimeters.

The designer:

Jasper Morrison (1959) is one of the most successful industrial designers of his generation. He is known for an aesthetic and quietly humorous style that often focuses on understated everyday functionality. A graduate of Kingston Polytechnic and Royal College of Art, Morrison opened his own studio in London in 1986 and now has offices in Paris and Tokyo.

He designed products from tableware to tram systems and collaborated with brands such as Alessi, Vitra, Nikari, Flos, Fredericia and Iittala. Morrison's work has been exhibited around the world and in 2001 he received the Royal Designer for Industry award from the British Royal Society of Arts.
