Re-edited by Menu based on original sketches and drawings by Umanoff, these round top on a (photo) tripod-inspired frame create a highly innovative side table and a stunning mid-century design that is as relevant now as it was when it originally was. was conceived.

About the designer:

Arthur Umanoff (1923-1985) was an American-born industrial designer, known for his contribution to the mid-century American modern movement. After graduating from New York's prestigious Pratt Institute and the American School of Design in the early 1950s, they partnered with Postmodern Ltd, a New York design company that produced and sold modernist wrought iron and wood designs. Throughout the 1960s he worked closely with furniture manufacturer Shaver Howard, who put many of his furniture designs into production.
