GUBI MATEGOT COATRACK
This coat rack by Gubi is one of the many playful designs by Mathieu Matégot. The idea behind Matégot's designs is to create a sense of joy that he achieves through an organic form and a certain lightness. Matégot was also the first designer to combine a metal tube with a perforated plate. This combination is characteristic of his work. His best-known design is the Nagasaki Chair, which is included in the permanent exhibition of the Vitra Design Museum.
The Matégot Coatrack is mostly made of steel and is available in a colored, ocher or black version.
This coat rack will look its best in the summer (without jackets).
