Fritz Hansen Geo sculptures.

Created by Jaime Hayón for Fritz Hansen, the GEO Figures are a set of two functional wooden works of art representing whimsical abstract characters familiar from this designer's illustrations.

The two sculptures each tell their own story. GEO1 is tall, round and by tilting the small hat on top, the sculpture reveals a small built-in vase suitable for a single small flower stem.

The Geo 2 is a happy note from quirky designer Jaime Hayon; remove the lid and a small secret storage space is created.

Geo 1 = ∅ 12.9 cm, 18.4 cm high / Geo 2 = ∅ 10.9 cm, 15 cm high.

About the designer:

Jaime Hayón (1974) grew up in Madrid, where he was influenced by the local culture of skateboarding and graffiti painting. He studied industrial design in Madrid and later in Paris. In 2001 he founded his own studio where he has since developed into a recognized designer. His works have been noticed worldwide in leading media. Hayón has worked for several companies, including Magis, &Tradition, Fritz Hansen and Swarovski. Today Hayón has offices in Italy, but also in Spain and Japan.
